Culinary Capers recently celebrated the launch of their Spring Menu at Waterview.   The theme of the event was that of a Tropical Paradise, with the promise of balmy temperatures and easy living to usher in the warmer season.

Culinary Capers enlisted the help of some of the most talented vendors in the city to create this event. The venue was transformed into a tropical paradise by Koncept Events.

Koncept Events injected unexpected elegance into the vivid esthetic. Playing with scale, color schemes, and inventive material applications, like miniature pineapples, botanicals like palm fronds and birds of paradise contemporary sizzle and style to traditional warm weather motifs.

Emerald toned lounge seating from Loungeworks provided an eye catching lounge area.

Green is the colour of vitality, wealth and nature. Lavish Liquid Bar created the Green with Envy cocktail to welcome guests as they arrived. The coconut mojito was comprised of coconut + mint infused tequila ( yum!) and a splash of blue cuacao, coconut sugar syrup, lime juice dry ice and mescal mist.

Food is always the headliner at Culinary Capers, but for this new menu the offerings were absolutely show stopping, and brimming with bold and colourful flavours.

And in time for summer, Culinary Capers procured a brand-new ice cream maker so we can make our own in-house artisanal ice cream in flavours like Vietnamese Coffee and Rhubarb Ginger.
